These terms and conditions ("TOS") define the terms and conditions of use of the asitis/asitis (hereinafter referred to as "Service", as defined in Article 1) provided by microverse, Inc. Users are requested to use the Service upon agreeing to these terms and conditions.
In this TOS, the following terms shall have the following meanings unless otherwise defined or the context otherwise requires
1.1. "Terms of Use" means these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other rules we have established for you to comply with.
1.2. "Service" means "asitis/asitis", a service provided by us that allows you to purchase Digital Content (defined in 1.4).
1.3. "User" means any person who uses the Service.
1.4. "Digital Content" means data in still image, video or audio format that is available for purchase on the Service.
1.5. "Service Account" means an account (including My Page) opened for each User to use the Service. 1.5. "Service Account" means an account (including "My Page") opened for each User to use the Service.
1.6. "Individual Agreement" means the "Individual Agreement" set forth in Article 4.2.
The definition in the preceding paragraph shall also apply to the rules we have established for you to comply with, unless otherwise defined or unless the context requires a different interpretation.
Agreement to and Application of Terms of Use, etc.
The purpose of these Terms of Use, etc. is to define the terms and conditions of use of the Service between the User and the Company, and shall apply to all relationships between the User and the Company relating to the use of the Service. Users shall use the Service in accordance with the provisions of these Terms of Use, etc. upon agreeing to these Terms of Use, etc., and shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use, etc. by using the Service. 2.
If the User is a minor, the User must obtain the comprehensive consent of a legal representative, such as a person with parental authority, before using the Service. If the User is a minor, we may contact the User or his/her legal representative to confirm whether or not the legal representative has given his/her consent. 3.
Changes to the Terms of Use
If we deem it necessary to change the TOS, we may change the TOS in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and other laws and regulations, and to the extent reasonable and not contrary to the purpose of the agreement pertaining to the TOS. The modified TOS shall be applied from the date that we notify the user of the modified TOS by posting the modified TOS in an appropriate location on the website operated by us, by individually notifying the contact information included in the user's registration details, or by any other appropriate method, or from the date of application as specified at the time of such notification. The User shall be deemed to have agreed to the Terms of Use after the modification of the Terms of Use, etc. By using the Service after any changes to these Terms of Use, etc. have been made, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to such changes. Changes to the TOS will not be applied retroactively. Users who do not agree to the changes in the TOS, etc. should stop using the Service. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of any revision or modification of these Terms of Use, etc., unless such revision or modification is caused by the Company's willful misconduct or negligence.
